My ARCHINT(Architectural Interiors) Finals Plate.
We were tasked to make a cafe out of our classroom(Rm. 702, at the SDA Campus) and this is what I came out with. :)My concept is Binaries; the two polar ends of things, that creates versatile spaces of openness and seclusion.
Used Google Sketchup for the 3D modelling, and vray for the rendering.

FINALLY!!! FINALS is over!!!!! I can now get as much sleep as I want(though it’s almost 2am, and I’m, still awake) Excuse me for my inappropriate blog title, I couldnt think of anything, and I feel so sabaw right now. :))
Anyway, so I spent my first vacation night watching National Geographic stuff in youtube, like centipedes and icky stuff-idk why I’m watching, like maggots inside your head and shit(okay enough of that) :|
Soooooooo.. this 1-month summer break, the longest so far, compared to our 2 week summer breaks before(including adjustment period, course card giving, and enrollment) I plan to be very productive and not spend time just bumming around!
since I’m moving to taft this May, I’ve been planning a lot of DIY stuff to do for my new space! Though they said you cant paint the walls and drill on the walls/ceiling, well FOCK THEM. I’ll do what I want. :P not that they’ll check my unit from time to time. :))
Another is to finish my ARCDES03(Architectural Design 03) scaled models and booklets, though the term ended, I really want to complete my final deliverables for portfolio and exhibit purposes.
OH! And I must FORCE ask my parents to buy me an A3 printer, or if any of you have one, then please gimme or sell it to me(if that is, in good condition and not a “moody” printer)!! :))
And since I’ll be in ARCDES04(Architectural Design 04) already, I must learn new programs like Rhino, and Archicad, and other 3D modelling software, and I also want to learn “hardcore” stuff like tinsmith-ing, working with metals and the like. :P
and I might just give my blog a makeover, MAYBE. not sure though. just maybe. :))
So here’s to a productive and creative summer!!! I’ll post every progress I make!! and sorry for the looooooooong break my blog has been. :))

One teachers approach to preventing gender bullying in a classroom
Alie arrived at our 1st-grade classroom wearing a sweatshirt with a hood. I asked her to take off her hood, and she refused. I thought she was just being difficult and ignored it. After breakfast we got in line for art, and I noticed that she still had not removed her hood. When we arrived at the art room, I said: “Allie, I’m not playing. It’s time for art. The rule is no hoods or hats in school.”
She looked up with tears in her eyes and I realized there was something wrong. Her classmates went into the art room and we moved to the art storage area so her classmates wouldn’t hear our conversation. I softened my tone and asked her if she’d like to tell me what was wrong.
“My ponytail,” she cried.
“Can I see?” I asked.
She nodded and pulled down her hood. Allie’s braids had come undone overnight and there hadn’t been time to redo them in the morning, so they had to be put back in a ponytail. It was high up on the back of her head like those of many girls in our class, but I could see that to Allie it just felt wrong. With Allie’s permission, I took the elastic out and re-braided her hair so it could hang down.
“How’s that?” I asked.
She smiled. “Good,” she said and skipped off to join her friends in art.
